Symbolising and reflecting the unveiling of your true nature through the exploration of India's sacred landscapes, culture, spiritual practices and traditions. Travelling together through Southern India, you will have the chance to delve into the spirituality of its people and the sanctity of its land and water.
We will travel through ancient temples and ashrams, drift along the Kerala backwaters on luxury houseboats, discover local markets and learn the art of Indian cooking, wander through neighbourhoods and communities that will open your heart, and the blessings and ecstatic celebration of Mahashivratri at the Isha Foundation.
This festival honours Lord Shiva and marks the union of masculine and feminine energies in the universe — an opportunity for you to emerge harmonised, united and balanced with your divine energies.
