Our circle next week is set to go over self love and body gratitude,

If you have been thinking about joining in one of our circles this is the one to join, we will be practicing self love rituals, doing body gratification meditations, setting new intentions and redefining self love for ourselves.

The significance of self love may vary from person to person. It almost sounds like an easy act to perform, the question is do we really practice it? Are we really acknowledging its true meaning? Can we recognize what aspects are beneficial & what is ready to be set free? Are we keeping our mind filled with constructive criticism or do we let ourselves get carried away by a self deprecating voice in our heads? Can we be teachers to one another considering we sometimes forget to love ourselves?

Self-love is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. Self-love is dynamic; it grows by actions that mature us. When we act in ways that expand self-love in us, we begin to accept much better our weaknesses as well as our strengths, have less need to explain away our short-comings, have compassion for ourselves as human beings struggling to find personal meaning, are more centered in our life purpose and values, and expect living fulfillment through our own efforts.

I am beyond blessed to have the space to host our women's wellness circles, starting on March 6th! These circles are sacred spaces where we come together to share our stories, support each other, and tap into the power of healing and nurturing energy.

In our circles, we gather to listen and share our experiences on different topics that touch our hearts. It's a safe and loving environment where we uplift and empower each other through our stories.

During our time together, we also engage in powerful group healing sessions. We harness the gentle yet profound energy of Reiki, the soothing vibrations of sound healing, the transformative practice of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and the peace-inducing practice of meditation. These modalities help us release any blockages and restore balance to our mind, body, and spirit.

I believe that when women come together with intention, love, and support, incredible transformations can occur. It's a beautiful opportunity to connect with like-minded souls, nurture our well-being, and grow spiritually.
