ng, art therapy and the use of talking, of course. These combined in group sessions- training or therapy specific; individual sessions and in some occasions, a camp environment, can allow the client to best gain insight, strategy and the energy and focus for the 'follow through' for permanent change and adjustment/ progress. Rising Strong Counselling and Training Services believes that through vulnerability, growth and resilience is born. There are no winners in being alone in struggle and only stories of hope and recovery in individuals and businesses when they are willing to explore themselves through all aspects of internationally renowned therapeutic methods.
