Welcome to the slightly unhinged edition of getting to know me because…why not it’s FriYAY?

Somehow these stories involve travelling across the world for vegetables..multiple times, practising quenelles with cheap gross margarine and colour-coding my bookshelf…

Honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Now it’s your turn.

Tell me one random fact about yourself. 👇

Imagine opening your freezer and dinner is already taken care of. 🌻

That’s exactly why I created my monthly Nourish Drops.

A collection of homemade, nourishing meals designed for the weeks when life feels full, postpartum is tender, work is busy, or you simply don’t have the energy to cook.

This month’s menu includes comfort-food family favourites like this Pumpkin, Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni, alongside a selection of wholesome meals and treats ready to stock your freezer.

Swipe through to see everything included in this month’s Nourish Drop. ✨

Because sometimes the greatest gift you can give yourself is one less decision at the end of the day.

Spots are limited each month, so if you’d like one set aside, send me a message and I’ll reserve yours. 🌻

Some days you bring the cake.
Some days you simply bring yourself.

Today, on the way to our Homemaker Swap, I had some tears.

It had been a big week… all of it good. Just very full.

Motherhood. Work. Life. All the things.

For the first time in a long time, I hadn’t had time to make a fruit platter or bake something for morning tea. I always bring something, and somehow I’d convinced myself I’d let everyone down.

As I was sharing this with my beautiful friend in the car, she looked at me and said,

“Girl… this community is for you too.”

When we arrived and started setting up the tables, there was a lovingly homemade cake with blackberry jam which was delicious. Beautiful lemon cream stuffed dates that I will dream about. The infamous cornbread I think about far more often than I probably should.

Before I’d even unpacked my little jars of carrot cake granola, these wonderful women had already filled the other table with delicious things to share on top of the beautiful homemade, homegrown and handcrafted treasures they’d brought for the swap itself.

And it reminded me of something.

Something I definitely cried about afterwards.
(Of course, being me)

Community isn’t one person carrying the weight.

It isn’t one woman always baking, always hosting, always organising or always giving.

It’s everyone bringing what they can, when they can.

Some days you bring the cake.

Some days you simply bring yourself.

(…and carrot cake granola.) 🌻

Maybe that’s the kind of community we’re all longing for.

The kind where belonging isn’t earned by doing more or giving more.

A place where you can simply arrive, exactly as you are, and know there’s a seat at the table waiting for you, too.

Because the truth is, there will be seasons or days when you’re the one baking the cake, making the meals and carrying everyone else.

And there will be seasons or days when all you have the capacity to bring is yourself.

Both are welcome.

Both belong.

Grateful for you all, thank you for being apart of this wonderful community.

Homemaker Swap day-Thursday Edition 🌻

Thank you to all of the beautiful women who came along today. Thank you for bringing your homemade treats, your homegrown goodies, your creativity, your generosity… and yourselves.

We gathered together while the kiddos splashed in puddles, chased big monster trucks, found some ducks and played in the rain at the botanic gardens, sharing food, stories and conversation. It was one of those slow, simple mornings that reminds me why this community exists.

I never stop being amazed by what everyone brings to share. The creativity that flows through this group is something really special to witness.

Some new faces, some familiar ones, and every single person is welcomed with open arms.

If you’ve been looking for like-minded women, genuine connection and a little more community, we’d absolutely love to have you join us next time.

You can spend months preparing for the birth.
The nursery gets painted.
The tiny clothes get washed and folded.
The hospital bag sits by the door, waiting.

But who’s preparing for the mother?

Who’s filling the freezer?

Who’s making sure there’s something nourishing to eat at 2am?

Who’s holding the baby while you shower?

Who’s reminding you that you matter too?

Somewhere along the way we’ve become very good at preparing for babies and not nearly as good at preparing for postpartum.

I don’t think that’s good enough.

The nursery isn’t the only thing worth preparing.

Create your village.
Fill your freezer.
Accept the help.
Make the plan.

Because postpartum was never meant to be done alone.

That’s why I created the 6 Week Nourish & Nurture Journey.

A warm meal.
A helping hand.
Practical support.
Gentle encouragement.
A soft place to land in one of life’s biggest transitions.

Because you deserve more than survival mode.

You deserve to be nourished, too. 🌻

There is something so comforting about opening the fridge and knowing dinner is sorted. 🌻

A pot of Mum’s pumpkin soup.
Slow-cooked beef massaman.
Apple and pear crumble for dessert.

Simple things. Homemade things. The kinds of meals that help carry us through busy seasons.

Because nourishment isn’t just for special occasions. It’s for ordinary Monday’s, too. ✨

We aren’t meant to do it all alone at mothers. If a freezer full of homemade meals would help lighten the load, I’d love to help. We can do up a Fill Your Freezer Package, girl.

Another quiet achiever on the July Nourish Drop menu. ✨

For my fellow veggie lovers, I’ve included one of my winter favourites: Greek lentil and vegetable soup.

It’s humble, hearty and full of the kind of nourishment that doesn’t need fancy ingredients to shine.

Protein-packed from the lentils, fibre-rich from the vegetables and deliciously comforting on a cold winter’s day.

Finished with herbs and a generous squeeze of lemon, it’s bright, nourishing and somehow tastes even better the next day.

The kind of meal that’s perfect for busy weeks, freezer stashes and those evenings when you need something warming but can’t quite face cooking.

Simple food. Real ingredients. Deep nourishment.

Just a bowl, a spoon and a cosy spot in the sunshine. 🌻

When life gives you lemons… make lemon butter. 🍋🌻✨

At least, that’s what my mum (our Lady) would probably say.

It’s one of her favourite things to make and bring to our Homemaker Swaps. Or a variation of it anyway. She comes up every month to be part of this wonderful community and to come to our Sunday Swaps and I never take that for granted.

One of my favourite things about these gatherings is seeing generations come together around the table.

Sharing recipes.
Sharing stories.
Sharing skills.
Sharing a little piece of themselves.

There is something deeply beautiful about watching traditions, creativity and homemade goodness continue to be passed on.

A little intergenerational deliciousness, if you will. 🌻

Irish-ish stew with creamy mash.

Why Irish-ish? Because sometimes it’s a classic beef and Guinness stew, and sometimes it’s a gluten-free version without the Guinness. Either way, it’s delicious.

It’s Ugly Delicious..yet Glamorous. Hearty. Comforting. The kind of meal that warms you from the inside out and makes winter feel a little softer.

No fancy plating required. Just a bowl, a spoon and maybe a chunky knit blanket.

Slow-cooked beef, vegetables and rich gravy served over creamy mash. The kind of meal that feels like a warm hug on a winter evening.

It’s become a bit of a cult favourite around here and for good reason. Nourishing, freezer-friendly and perfect for those nights when you need dinner to simply be done.

If you’ve ordered from me before, there’s a good chance you and your family have already fallen in love with this one. ❤️
