Chronic pain isn’t just “a sore back” or “tight shoulders.”
It’s pain that lasts longer than expected healing time — usually longer than 3 months — and it can affect every part of life physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Living with chronic pain can feel exhausting.
It can impact sleep, movement, work, mood, relationships, energy levels, and even confidence in your own body. Some days it’s manageable, other days it can feel completely debilitating.
As a remedial massage therapist, I understand that chronic pain is rarely “just muscular.”
The body holds stress, tension, compensation patterns, and protective guarding over time. My treatments are designed to support your nervous system, improve movement, reduce tension, and help your body feel safer and more supported again.
Healing takes time, consistency, and the right support.
You don’t have to push through it alone.
