This week, we are shining a light on the incredible women driving change and leading teams right here within our SpiritAbility family. From coordinating complex support plans to mentoring our frontline workers, our female leaders bring so much heart, lived experience, and determination to their roles every single day.

They prove that great leadership is defined by empathy, vision, and grit. We are so incredibly lucky to have these formidable women guiding our crew and ensuring our participants receive the absolute highest standard of care in the Central West.

There's something pretty special about seeing our community come together. 💛

Last week's All Abilities Day at Bathurst Winterfest was full of smiles, laughter, new friendships and plenty of unforgettable moments. Seeing our clients out enjoying themselves, our team having just as much fun, and so many familiar faces stopping by for a chat is exactly why we love being part of events like these.

A huge thank you to everyone who came over to say hello, shared a laugh with us or simply helped make the day what it was. These are the moments that remind us how important connection, inclusion and community really are.

And we're not finished yet...

Winter has nothing on our determination. 💪❄️

At SpiritAbility, 'grit' isn’t about pushing through until you burn out, it’s about showing up for yourself and each other, even when the mornings are freezing and it’s tempting to stay indoors.

True wellness is a team effort. This winter, our support workers are right beside our participants, finding creative ways to stay active, keep moving toward independence goals, and keep the energy high. We don't just talk about resilience; we build it together every single day.
