❤️ RED NOSE DAY 2026 ❤️

Today, we're getting behind Red Nose Day — a special day dedicated to helping save little lives and supporting families affected by the devastating loss of a baby or child.

Every day in Australia, babies and children are lost suddenly and unexpectedly. Red Nose Australia works to prevent these tragedies through life-saving research, safe sleep education and support services for grieving families.

As a healthcare community, we're proud to support the important work of Red Nose and help spread awareness of safer sleep practices.

❤️ Every little bit helps save little lives.

Build Strength, Improve Balance & Stay Independent 💪

Staying active as we get older can make a real difference to strength, mobility, confidence and independence.

Exercise Physiology can support older adults with:
• Building strength and muscle mass
• Improving balance and reducing falls risk
• Maintaining mobility and independence
• Managing osteoporosis, osteopenia and arthritis
• Supporting diabetes and other chronic health conditions
• Returning to exercise safely after illness, injury or surgery
• Building confidence with movement and exercise

At My Best Exercise Physiology in Padbury, every program is individually tailored to your health, abilities and personal goals, with support from an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Medicare, Private Health Insurance and DVA referrals are welcome.

If you, a parent, partner or family member could benefit from becoming stronger, steadier and more confident, speak with your GP about an Exercise Physiology referral at your next appointment.

⚠️ High School students - now is a great time to check your child's immunisations are up to date.

With recent reports of diphtheria cases and outbreaks, ensuring your child has received their Year 7 school immunisations is more important than ever.

The Year 7 program includes a booster vaccine that protects against:
✔️ Diphtheria
✔️ Tetanus
✔️ Whooping Cough

Some students may have missed their scheduled vaccine due to absence or other reasons — catch-up vaccinations are available.

Diphtheria is a serious infection that can affect breathing and may lead to severe complications, but vaccination offers important protection for your child and our community.

Not sure if your child received their Year 7 vaccines? Contact us on 9402 1922 and we can help check their immunisation status.

Protect your child. Protect our community 💙
