Ever wondered how we keep our instruments safe and sterile? 🦶✨

Every instrument goes through a strict multi-step sterilisation process:

🧼 Thoroughly scrubbed by hand to remove any visible debris.
🫧 Placed in our ultrasonic cleaner with Clinidet solution to clean hard-to-reach areas.
💨 Dried completely and individually packaged in sterilisation pouches.
🔥 Sterilised in our autoclave at 135°C for a minimum of 5 minutes to ensure complete sterilisation.

Every step is completed with your safety in mind, so you can feel confident knowing the highest infection control standards are followed at every appointment.

Here’s a behind the scenes look at the process of prescribing one of our semi custom foot orthotics 🤌

Made from a combination of carbon fibre, thermoplastic and EVA, these devices are heat moulded to your foot during your appointment. This means our podiatrists can fine tune the amount of support and offloading there and then, based on what your feet actually need.

Why we use them:
✅ Heat moulded to your foot in clinic
✅ Adjustable as your symptoms or feet change
✅ Ideal for growing kids
✅Allows us to gradually increase or decrease support depending on your condition

Orthotics aren’t about “correcting” your feet, they’re about reducing load on irritated structures, improving comfort, and helping keep you active.

How about a 5-hour PB from our very own Luke at the UTA 100km in the Blue Mountains over the weekend!!!

We couldn’t be prouder to see his consistent training starting to pay dividends 💪

Luke is looking in great shape heading into the Elephant Trail in July — a staggering 220km run with over 11,000m of elevation gain… yep, that’s 11km of climbing 🏃🏻🏔️🤪
