For those who don’t know I’m actually terrified of heights… but today I did something I never usually would have done. I pushed myself completely out of my comfort zone / that old one “feel the fear and do it anyway”
AND
I did it!
And once I was up there
IT WAS AMAZING!!

Look yourself in the mirror.
Smile.
And give yourself a high five. ✋❤️

It might feel awkward at first, but think about it… you’d high five someone you believe in, someone you’re proud of, someone you want to encourage.

Why not give that same support to yourself?

You are doing better than you think.
You have survived every hard day you’ve faced.
You’re still here, still growing, still becoming.

So today - don’t look in the mirror and criticise yourself.

Look at the person who’s been fighting battles no one else can see… and give them a high five.
