Welcome to my new page, I am a Clinical Counsellor with over 8 years experience in private practice. I offer counselling to individuals, adolescents, couples and family therapy.

As a therapist I find it vital to develop a person sense of self, self-esteem, self-worth and self-confidence, in order to recognise and gain ones full potential, whilst understanding and appreciating the journey.

Therapies/Skills:Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Short Term Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Client Centred Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy

I am currently only offering Telehealth appointments with immediate availability.
