Having the privilege to work with these gorgeous little ones every day fills me with such joy - even the days I get puked on 😆!! The difference it makes in their little lives is priceless- less puky, less unsettled, easier poops, able to hit developmental milestones appropriately and much more.

Dr. Renee spent the weekend advancing her skills at the Webster Certification Seminar hosted by the brilliant ✨ The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that reduces nervous system stress, balances pelvic bones, muscles and ligaments and optimises the mother’s pelvic function in pregnancy and birth. 🤰🏻👶🏻She was not only honored to attend, but also thrilled to be invited to serve as one of the examiners for fellow attendees pursuing their certification. Dr. Renee and the whole True Potential Chiropractic team are passionate about continually refining their skills to provide the most gentle, effective chiropractic care for every member of your family. 💛✨

🥳 Well we may have celebrated our 18th birthday last month but today two of my very first clients were in for their regular check ups so I thought we should do a little photoshoot! 🥰 Both Jenny and Greg have been attending True Potential Chiropractic every month for the past 18 years. It has been an absolute pleasure to care for them over this time and we are so proud to be an integral part of helping them maintain their health and wellbeing. Our philosophy is simple - it’s so much better to maintain health than try and fix it when it’s broken. 🙌

This year our annual Charity Day will be held on Tuesday 23rd December. On this day, in lieu of payment, we ask you bring non-perishable goods to the value of your appointment.
FOR ALL OTHER APPOINTMENTS IN NOVEMBER/ DECEMBER - You are most welcome to bring items to be donated when you attend your appointment, however only appointments on Charity Day will be in lieu of payment.
Up until December 15th, all charity items received will be donated to Purton Place Pre Loved. For donations after this date they will be added to the donations given on Charity Day which will go to The Salvation Army.
ALL DONATIONS BIG OR SMALL ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!

Dr Renee has been busy at Life University, Atlanta at the inaugural C3 Neuro summit which has focused on creating collaborative connections to support practice based research. As many of you know Dr Renee has dedicated many years of study into brain based chiropractic care and neurodevelopmental disorders and the next step is to participate in producing research. 🧠📖

🫶🏻 Chiropractic care for infants is very different from what you might imagine. It is super gentle and parents often leave saying “it didn’t look like you did anything but I have a different baby!” 🥰.

🤰🏻We love taking care of the littlest members of your family as the birth process can be tough on both mum and bub and can create a myriad of challenges such as feeding, pooping, sleeping issues or just a baby that seems unsettled.

🍌We often see dural tension in infants which often resembles a banana bend or C shaped curvature which potentially can lead to any of the above concerns. Symmetrical movement is vital for a developing brain and nervous system. 🧠

💕I love this picture that a mum sent me which absolutely highlights the positive changes that our gentle paediatric chiropractic care can have on bubs. This gorgeous little girl is now a very happy and content little girl. ✨🫶🏻.

How your baby is designed to crawl Crawling is SO important for your baby. A normal cross-crawl pattern is expected to develop around 9 months of age.

🍾Well they say time flies when you are having fun! 🤩

This week marks 18 years that I have been providing chiropractic care to the Pakenham community. 🎂

💖I absolutely love what I do and am very proud that we still have so many clients and their families who have been attending the clinic that whole time. Babies that I was adjusting are now driving to their appointments. 🚙

🫶🏻I couldn’t have done it without the ongoing support of my amazing team - all of whom I’m so grateful for. The amazing Dr Sally has been along for the ride for 16 years, Stacey our CA extraordinaire has been keeping us on track for over 10, Dr David, Dr Lucy and Bec have joined the fun in the last 3 years and the team at In Fine Fettle massage have been our roomies for over 14 years. They say the people make the place and I must say I love our work family and all of our clients who are like family. Thankyou for allowing us the privilege of caring for you. 🥰 # pakenham
