22 single serves of banana bread in 25 mins from start to finish! Thats my kind of baking!

Baking them in mini loaves means they only take 20 mins to cook instead of 50-60mins.

I also sprinkled ‘bits’ in after popping them in the mini loaf pans, so have cranberry, walnut, choc chip and plain - something for everyone!

(Extra handy hint - I didn’t have buttermilk, so used a spoonful of natural yoghurt and regular milk, so they are just as light and fluffy!)

So sorry I’ve been quiet lately - life got a tad busy!
Just wanted to share a couple of recommendations for Cookidoo recipes that I’ve tried for the first time this week! (I’ll pop the links in the comments).

First one is Cauliflower Mac & Cheese (UK Cookidoo)! So tasty! I ke ft the tomato off and included the optional cayenne, for an awesome ‘adult’ cheesy Mac. The cayenne and mustard add great flavour, the green crunchy top adds texture, and the included cauli makes it feel healthy!

The second one is Strawberry Crumble (US Cookidoo). I have 4kg of fresh strawberries to deal with, so thought I’d start with this delicious dessert last night. Super quick and easy to make, but very, very tasty. We had ours with Neapolitan ice cream (cos that’s all we had), but I think cream would be amazing with it.

5 Stars for both of these from me, so give them a try!
