High Five to Tiago 🖐

Tiago had a fantastic day in the kitchen, baking up a storm with an orange almond cake and cherry chocolate muffins.

There was focus, creativity, and real pride in the process - from preparing ingredients through to seeing everything come together. Moments like this are a great example of hands-on learning and participation in a real kitchen environment.

Well done Tiago for your effort, energy, and contribution throughout the day 👏

At Gympie, Bryce and Alex joined their peers in a clay activity, taking part in a creative and collaborative session.

Activities like this support expression, connection, and confidence - giving space for people to participate, create, and engage together in a supportive environment.

From Fairways to Finding His True North

What started as support for a Compass golf day became a lasting partnership built on shared values.

Through Compass cafés, Dan Hunt saw firsthand how real opportunities help people build confidence, develop skills and create meaningful connections.
Today, that partnership continues to create positive outcomes for Trainees, businesses and the wider community.

Thank you, Dan, for helping create opportunities where people can grow, contribute and thrive. 🫶

Sarah and Althea have been working together to design their very own kitchen safety poster, bringing creativity and practical thinking into the café environment. 🧑‍🍳

Kitchen safety is an important part of the daily café routine, and they’ve helped make it more engaging and visual for everyone involved. This is a great example of learning through participation, combining ideas, teamwork, and real responsibility in a working environment.

Well done Sarah and Althea for your creativity and contribution! 🧑‍🍳🎉

There’s something about State of Origin that brings people together.

Tonight, across Compass, conversations are already starting ... who’s backing who, favourite players, predictions, a bit of friendly rivalry.

Moments like this matter. Not because of the scoreboard, but because of what they create - connection, confidence, and shared experience.

At Compass, inclusion looks like this. Being part of the conversation. Having a voice. Showing up, choosing your team, and being part of something bigger.

Who are you backing tonight? 💙❤️

“GO QLD!” ❤️

Everyone deserves to have their voice heard - whether it’s backing their team or making bigger life decisions.
Austin didn’t hold back today - full voice, full energy, completely in the moment.

This is what confidence looks like.

Not scripted. Not staged. Just real participation, real expression, and being part of something bigger.
Game day brings people together- and today, Austin was right at the centre of it. ❤️
