Learning doesn't stop when school finishes.

For many trainees, continuing to build reading, writing and communication skills opens new doors. It helps people navigate everyday life, participate more confidently in their community and prepare for future workplace opportunities.

Progress happens one lesson, one conversation and one achievement at a time.

Compass Monthly Supporters help create the welcoming learning environments where these moments of growth happen every day.

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³ Teamwork is one of the best ingredients!

This week we're celebrating the Harvest Kitchen team for building practical kitchen skills together. From preparing lunch to supporting one another, everyone played an important role.

A special shout-out to Dennis for being a great teammate, Kaya for developing barista and kitchen skills, and Glen for helping prepare lunch for the group. Fantastic work, everyone!

What if more local businesses helped make inclusion part of everyday community life? πŸ’™

White’s IGA has partnered with Compass to launch a new What If project built around a shared belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to participate, contribute and belong.
The collaboration brings that belief to life through a new TV commercial that shares a simple but important message across the Sunshine Coast: genuine inclusion happens when people are welcomed, valued and recognised for what they bring.

A heartfelt thank you to Roz and the entire White’s IGA team for using their voice, reach and place in the community to help make inclusion simply part of how we do things. Watch the TVC and learn more about the What If campaign:

A great day of learning for Compass trainees Bradley, Maddie and Charlie! πŸ‘πŸ’™

The Gympie Police Crime Prevention Unit received a warm welcome during their visit to a local disability group on 9 July. Police were invited to talk to
