I have three hairdressers I trust, and only one of them would agree to do a full scalp bleach… so unfortunately Kaori drew the short straw. 🤭🥰

Six hours later, after two full rounds of bleach and multiple toners, we ended up with this cute mauve pink! 💕🥰🫶🏼

• A more personal experience. You’re never just another booking or number.
• Consistency. You see the same person each visit, so they get to know you, your preferences, and your goals.
• Ongoing loyalty is noticed and genuinely appreciated—and often rewarded.
• Every dollar you spend directly supports a real person, not a large company.

Cons 🌱
• Availability is naturally more limited because there’s only one of us.
• Appointments often need to be booked further in advance.
• Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a much bigger impact on a one-person business than they do on a large clinic, which is why cancellation policies are important.
• If I’m away sick or on holiday, there isn’t another therapist to take over your appointment.
