Pilates on the Reformer is an amazing workout for your body's “powerhouse" aka your abs, lower back, hips and glutes. It is heavily focused on alignment and accurate muscle engagement, which can lead to improved posture, correct pelvic floor activation and longer/stronger muscles.

I am also offering cardio Reformer which uses the jumpboard for a safe effective workout that is guaranteed to burn calories and get your heart rate up.
