We’re taking expressions of interest for our next round of swimming lessons in Parkes and Forbes.

Our lessons are designed to help children build water confidence, swimming skills and independence in a safe, supportive environment.

With small class sizes and experienced instructors, we’re able to give each child the individual attention they need as they progress.

Yesterday, our massage therapist Racheal had the pleasure of treating the incredible team from Dollar For Dusty after they had walked over 200km on their 540km journey from Warren to Canberra! 🚶🏼‍♂️💪🏼

At just 12 years old, Dusty is taking on this huge challenge to raise $1 million for Little Wings, helping bring vital paediatric care to kids living in regional and remote communities.

Do you or someone you care for live with Parkinson’s?

We’re running a small exercise group in Parkes specifically for people living with Parkinson’s.

This weekly group begins on Thursday 8 October at 11am, with sessions focused on movement and exercise, supported by our physiotherapy team. $20 per class.

A quick note: participants will be required to have an initial appointment with our physiotherapist team before joining the group, so we can make sure the program is appropriate for them.
