This is ideally a dual role for a dental assistant and receptionist. We wish that our staff learn all aspects of the patient journey for the benefit of our patients. You will take pride in knowing you will create that first and last impression of our practice as a dental receptionist, enjoy building lasting relationships in the clinic room, and be involved in all forms of patient communication.

Duties include chair-side assistance and assisting in the smooth running of the clinic with your fellow colleagues, sterilization meeting high standards of infection control, answering telephone inquiries scheduling appointments and processing payments.

Our Ideal Candidate will have/be:
• Minimum 1-year experience as a Dental Assistant is required.
• Previous experience in providing excellent customer service is valued as it is our surgery’s priority.
• Experience with D4W software is preferred though not essential for the right candidate who has the right 'can-do attitude.
• Willing to work on weekdays as well as weekends
• A kind smile, who shows empathy and genuinely cares for people.
• Looking for a worthwhile career not just a temporary job.
• A goal-oriented passionate team player.
• Exceptional communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Small business management knowledge/experience valued but not essential.

We are looking for a CASUAL Dental Assistant (Nurse) in our busy practices.
Duties involve preparing and assisting our Dentists in the room with each patient, meticulous sterilisation and general dental duties.
Candidates need to have attention to detail, be compassionate, energetic, reliably available, a team player, and able to work 8am-6pm shifts.
An immediate start is likely.
Previous DA experience is highly preferred, but on-the-job training is possible for the right person.
