Our building is about to be renovated - starting next week! The very long awaited removal of flammable cladding and rectification of the leaks that have plagued the building since before we moved in over 11 years ago, is about to be fixed. Unbelievable.
Work will start with construction of hoardings across the building and then work above.
During the project we will be unaffected - business will continue as normal. Access will be unchanged and use of the carpark will remain. BTW, the carpark access keypad has been moved down lower from its original position on the post.

For an example of a building that operated normally, we look across the street - they're nearly finished.

The Parramatta Half Marathon was a fabulous day and event for Parramatta. So good to see huge community support and spirit. It was a really well planned and organised event that showcased so much of our beautiful city. Thanks to the army of volunteers that made it possible. Congratulations to the 8000 runners.

Yesterday I had the privilege of being shown around the new and nearly finished Parramatta Powerhouse Museum by Pearce McGuinness. This building is truly amazing from so many aspects and is a fitting home for the Powerhouse collection and the City of Parramatta. I can’t wait to visit it and share the experience with family and friends when opened.
