With only a few rounds of the minor season to go before finals, now is the time to get any ni**les checked before they become more than a ni**le.

Recent research from 2020 has found that those who reported a ni**le were 3-6.5x more likely to sustain an injury within 7 days. Take this as your warning to book that appointment!

We have opened up an extra day this week (and will continue to do so over the later end of the football/netball/hockey season) to make sure you are able to be seen.

📆 MILLICENT UPDATE 📆

Traditionally we consult in Millicent every Monday, however over the past few months we have been adding Fridays in as well to help with wait lists (which kind of works, kind of still juggling).

We are only able to open additional bookings at short notice (we have to factor in care for kids, not on pupil free days etc etc).

SO, if you require an appointment and cannot see one for months, please do check back every so often, as the stars may have aligned and we may have been able to open an appointment within the week or two.

Please also make sure you call or message us for urgent appointments, as we are always trying (and often successfully) to make miracles work for you!
