Because men don't always talk when somethings wrong 🧠

For 5 years, we've brought men together for one night to break down stigma, check in on each other, and have the conversations that actually matter — and it's always better with your mates beside you.

So round up the crew — mates, workmates, dads, sons and lock in a table for the night.

📅 Friday 9 October | St Dominic's College
🎟️ 16+ welcome

👉 Tickets in bio. Tables are filling fast - get your crew in.

🌀 Struggling with hormone balance? Stress (raised cortisol) might be a bigger piece of the puzzle than you think.

Chronic stress doesn't just affect your mood — it directly impacts your hormones. Your body reads ongoing stress as a signal that it doesn't have the capacity to support things like a regular menstrual cycle, so cycles can shift or disappear under chronic stress. 🩸

Stress also drives the hormones behind hunger and cravings — which is why some people stop eating under stress while others emotionally eat. And it disrupts sleep, which throws hormone regulation off even further, making appetite and stress harder to manage. It's a loop. 🔄

The takeaway: supporting your hormone health is essential to improving overall bodily functions!

New episode of What The Health? is out now, breaking down the some key nutrients and eating patterns that can support your hormones 🎧 Check us out on Spotify or Youtube.

These blueberry oat scones are built on a foundation of silken tofu and extra virgin olive oil in place of traditional butter, lending a delicate crumb without sacrificing richness. A touch of sugar-free maple syrup brings natural sweetness, while fresh blueberries adds more anxtioxidants and fibre.

Replace the cream for cottage cheese, adding even more protein and providing some much needed calcium!

1.5 tsp baking powder
170g silken tofu
2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup for the scones (extra for ontop of the cottage cheese)

**This isn't a corporate lunch. This is Boys Night In.** 🙌

No suits, no small, just a room full of good blokes, honest conversations, and mates who show up for each other.

Grab your table, bring the crew (or come solo, you'll leave with mates anyway), and get around a night that's equal parts laughs and real talk.

This year, it's for Jeff, who's given so much to this community, now facing the fight of his life with MND. It's our turn to show up for him.

Good food. Great company. A cause worth turning out for.

🛒Compare the Pair 🔍
Ever stood in the supermarket staring at 10 different types of the same food wondering “Which one should I actually buy?” 👀
That’s what Compare the Pair is here for!

In this mini-series, we’re putting similar foods head-to-head, comparing things like nutrition, ingredients, protein, fibre, saturated fat and more 🔎
Because sometimes the “healthier” choice isn’t as obvious as you think!

Today’s edition: Regular Vegemite vs the new Kids Vegemite!

The kids Vegemite has the same amount of B vitamins, half the amount of salt, and a milder taste, making it a great option for someone that needs an extra B-vitamin boost, without the strong taste

Save this series for your next supermarket shop 🛒✨
