⚠️ Andrographis recall update ⚠️

Three additional products containing Andrographis are being recalled.

FIT-BioCeuticals Pty Ltd are recalling:
• BioCeuticals ArmaForce 30, 60 & 120
• BioCeuticals Clinical ImmuneForce 60

Symbion Pty Ltd are recalling:
• FAULDING IMMUNE COMBAT - 100’S pack size

The recall is due to a high number of reports of anaphylaxis linked to medicines containing Andrographis, including a fatal case reported in June 2024.

More products containing Andrographis are expected to be recalled in the future.

Consumers should not use any of the recalled products containing Andrographis. You should return the products to the place of purchase or contact the supplier.

Call 000 immediately if you or someone else may be having anaphylaxis.

CRADLED IN CULTURE | Nepean Hospital is helping Aboriginal families strengthen their connection to culture from a child's very first moments.

Beautiful handcrafted coolamons, generously gifted by Muru Mittigar and Greater Sydney Local Land Services, are available in the Birth Unit, giving families the opportunity to honour and celebrate their cultural heritage.

The coolamons were crafted using bark from scarred grey box gum trees that stood on the hospital campus for almost 150 years, creating a meaningful link between Country, culture and care.

For proud Kamilaroi mother Robyn, seeing Tayten become the first baby placed in a coolamon was a touching way to recognise the heritage of their ancestors.

This initiative is one of many ways Nepean Hospital is creating culturally safe and inclusive maternity services for Aboriginal families.
