Before I studied naturopathy all I knew was that plants could heal.

That nature was powerful and that wisdom was in the old way of making things by hand, using herbs and having home remedies that were passed down from generation to generation.

This was part of what led me to learn more about all things plants, nutrition and natural health.

And this is what is behind everything we do at Abundant Life & Health.

The upcoming herbal workshop is our way of sharing that lost wisdom with you.
