This time a few weeks ago, I got a hot tip that there was a brand new fine-dining experience in .
I had literally ONE non-scheduled night on my recent working holiday so I msgd them ahead to see if they could accommodate a diner tonight?
Well short answer, they COULD and confidently so!
Yours Truly enjoyed two entrees, a main - a actually! - and dessert.
The focus was on but I mean seriously local. They were the star of the show.
The servers were very enthusiastic about the menu and were happy to answer my many, many questions.
has long-dreamed of opening such an establishment and after a storied international career, he is now embraced by Hobart. So happy to have dropped in so soon after opening! And to have been accommodated so thoughtfully.
