Today is MND Global Day, a time for MND NSW and MND Associations throughout the world to honour everyone experiencing motor neurone disease.

The event began in 1997, and June 21 was chosen to coincide with the solstice - highlighting a turning point in the search for a cause for MND, and hope for a cure.

As MND Global Day also raises awareness about motor neurone disease and highlights the challenges MND brings, we hope you can share the message and stand in solidarity with those living with MND. This day is a time to come together and hope for a better future free of MND.
