One thing we’ve enjoyed, is seeing is the mainstream media reporting on the solstices from a scientific perspective. Whilst is it ‘technically’ the point of marginal shortest daylight, the coldest weather is yet to hit us in Western Sydney, and perhaps that true for you too. Happy Midwinter Solstice

Unfortunately AI slop runs rife in witchcraft spaces online too. Once you recognise it, you can’t unsee it, but it’s going to get harder to detect in future.

What’s the antidote? Connect in person. Build community (we facilitate this very thing) and if you can’t connect in person, build connections online *with* real people, not just one-sided parasocial relationships with a facade online that looks real but is using AI as a crutch to build intimacy with you. Relying on the ‘it’s not that, it’s this’ bu****it phraseology. The ‘here’s the thing’ carry-on.

For the love of all that is good, save your sanity and invest in people and systems that are capable of caring. And art, invest in art like the incredible beauty below. ⬇️
