We recently had our Hearse in for a complete detail, paint refresh to remove washing swirls and a ceramic coating. This process brought back an incredible shine and mirror finish so that it always looks the very best for our families. Huge thanks to Harry and the team at Platinum Detailing Penrith for the amazing job 🙏🙏

Today is National Family Business Day and we are extremely proud to be a locally owned family business.

In 2014, husband and wife, Jim and Janet opened Nepean Valley Funerals as a "brand new" family owned funeral provider for our region and surrounds. Since that time, we have served and continue to serve our community and beyond with honesty, transparency, dignity and compassion and have established ourselves as one of the leading funeral providers in our region.

Since our humble beginnings, we have opened our office in Penrith, custom built a brand new Hearse, and established our own dedicated, private and modern mortuary facility, which we proudly own and operate in-house. We have also built a dedicated and compassionate team of people who are here to assist you 24hrs, every day of the year, when you need us most.

Today, many in our local community came together to farewell James (Jim) Mason OAM. A kind and generous man who gave so much to our region in so many ways, throughout his entire life. Jim was a people person, a family man, a mentor, a colleague and a friend to so many right across the Nepean region and beyond. It was a privilege to call Jim a friend, as it was for many of us. Penrith has lost one of it's true champions and we are all poorer with his passing. Rest in Eternal Peace Jim 🙏🙏

Today we celebrate all Dads , Granddads, Stepdads and Father figures in our lives on their special day. Thank you for everything that you do for us. We especially remember those who are no longer with us but are a constant shining light in our lives and who live on in our hearts ❤️🙏

Jim Mason OAM was an advocate and supporter of all things Penrith. He was passionate about our city, but even more so about the people, who make up our community within it. He supported countless organisations and individuals over many years and his dedication to this community cannot be questioned. He was loved by everyone, and was a friend to everyone and our community is certainly poorer with his passing. Our deepest condolences to his wife Julia, and children Cameron and Stephanie and their families. Thank you for everything Jim, and may you Rest in Eternal Peace 🙏🙏
