I was never meant to be quiet, polite, or restrained. The world may have tried to tame me, to fit me into boxes of what’s acceptable, but I was never meant to bend or shrink. My tears are not a sign of weakness~they are one of my purest expressions of the depths of my soul. My anger is not something to suppress; it’s the fuel that will ignite the change I seek. My voice is not just noise; it is a force, a vibration that resonates with truth and purpose. I will never be ashamed of feeling everything so deeply~my joy, my pain, my passion, my grief, and my frustration. I will scream if I need to. I will howl if I must.🐺

I will not hide the rawness of my emotions or the untamed energy inside of me. Some days I am silence itself, but I am also the storm that cannot be weathered, the fire that cannot be extinguished. My spirit will not be broken. Forever, I will embrace the full color palette of my being, for it is the very essence of who I am.
