We would love for you to join us for a Christmas in July Morning Tea, hosted together with our friends at People Helping People (PHP) International.

Expect a relaxed and friendly morning with good food, festive decorations, and great company. Whether you come along on your own, with family, or with your support worker, everyone is welcome.

It is also a lovely chance to visit the Heartwood Collective, a friendly community space with lots of helpful resources.

On ๐—ฃ๐—ง๐—ฆ๐—— ๐—”๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐——๐—ฎ๐˜†, we're taking a moment to recognise the people living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and remind our community that healing doesn't happen overnight.

PTSD can affect how someone sleeps, feels, connects with others, and manages everyday life. A little understanding and kindness can make a real difference.
For some people, if PTSD leads to a permanent and significant psychosocial disability, the NDIS may provide funding for practical supports that help them live more independently and stay connected to their community.
