Sessions are available:

There is no expectation that you know exactly what you need, or that you have the right words.

We take things one step at a time, beginning with an initial session where we gently explore where you’re at, what has brought you here, and where you’d like to be moving forward.

Hi, I’m Emma.

I’m a trauma-informed therapist and breathwork facilitator supporting women through emotional overwhelm, relationship breakdown, grief, trauma and life transitions.

My work blends evidence-based counselling, therapeutic approaches and breathwork to help women feel safer in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and more grounded in themselves.

I often support women who are coping and functioning on the outside, while feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck underneath it all.

This is a space of compassion, safety and zero judgement - you don’t need to explain, minimise or justify your experience here.

If you’re navigating grief, relationship breakdown, emotional burnout, trauma, abortion grief, or a major life transition, you don’t have to carry it alone.

I offer in-person sessions in Perth, as well as online sessions.
