Stems Care is an NDIS provider based in Western Australia, co-directed by Mrs Kgomotso Kereng and Mrs Mwangala Cook, whose commitment to disability support is grounded in both personal and professional experience.
Both Directors have family members and close relatives living with disability, providing firsthand insight into the importance of delivering person-centred supports that promote dignity, choice, inclusion, independence, and quality of life.
Our organisation is guided by Christian values of compassion, respect, integrity, service, and care for others. These values underpin our commitment to treating every participant with dignity, kindness, fairness, and respect, regardless of their background, beliefs, culture, or circumstances.
Mrs Kereng is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA/ACMA), an Associate of CPA Australia, and holds a Certificate III in Individual Support. She brings extensive expertise in governance, risk management, financial management, compliance, and organisational leadership. Mrs Cook holds a Diploma in Human Resources Development and a Certificate in Human Resources Management and has significant experience supporting vulnerable people through her role as Activity Coordinator at Chorus Kennedy House.
Together, the Directors combine lived experience of disability, direct support knowledge, NDIS training, governance expertise, workforce management capability, and strong ethical leadership to build a safe, compliant, and participant-focused organisation.
We are currently seeking opportunities to collaborate with support coordinators, health professionals, community organisations, hospitals, aged care providers, and other referral partners to build strong community connections and expand access to high-quality disability supports. Our focus is on delivering reliable, culturally sensitive, person-centred services that empower participants to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
