As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

💙 A bittersweet announcement at Head 2 Toe Solutions 💙

After many years of being the friendly face that has welcomed our patients, answered countless phone calls, kept us all fed with her amazing cooking and generally kept the clinic running smoothly, our wonderful receptionist Denise has decided it's time to retire.

While we're incredibly excited for Denise as she starts this next chapter, we'll certainly miss her smiling face, caring nature, and the special way she makes everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome.

As Denise prepares for her well-earned retirement in July, we're looking for a new team member to join our Head 2 Toe family.

📍 Receptionist Position Available

We're looking for someone who is:
✅ Friendly and professional
✅ Organised and reliable
✅ Great with people
✅ Comfortable with phones, bookings, and general administration

The role is approximately:
🗓️ 1 full day per week
🕐 Plus up to 2 afternoon shifts

We're flexible with hours and happy to work with the right person to create a schedule that suits.

While Rhi is off getting her knee fixed up, Alisha will be helping cover our Tuesday clinics throughout June.

Rhi & Alisha actually worked together back in their city clinic days, so we know our clients are in very experienced hands 🙌

Alisha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, with a special interest in Women’s Health services, making her a fantastic addition to the team while Rhi recovers.
