ived 10 minutes apart from each other back in the UK. We went on to have two children together. Alex now 14 and Ava now 12 💙💖,(nearly two teenagers in the house, eek! 😅 ), and not forgetting our fur baby Henry! 🐶💙. But, before we settled down with a family we decided that we would like to go and do some travelling 🌎. We worked hard and saved for a couple of years and finally had enough to fulfil our dream. We went to the U.S, Canada, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, and Spain. We had a once in a lifetime experience. Making new friendships, and doing the obligatory thrill seeking activities like; skydiving, hang gliding, hiking to Machu Picchu etc…
Then in 2012 we moved to Perth! Whilst growing up I either wanted to look after children or be a beauty therapist. I decided on the latter and completed my training at college. After completing my training, I worked at a renowned health farm gaining a lot of experience and further training. I then moved back to start a new adventure, working from our family home with my mum and sister Debbie, who were also beauty therapists (must run in the family! 🤩 ). We built up a successful business together. I cherished every minute and was so grateful to not only do what I loved but also do it with my mum and sister. It was magic! ✨
This is what motivated me to start up my very own business here in Perth ‘Hidden Gems Massage Therapy’ which I have run from my home for the last 8 years. As well as my passion for beauty, I have been a support worker for 3 years caring for an amazing lady called Deb💖. Deb and her family have become like a second family to me over here 🤗. In my spare time, my favourite thing to do is spend time with my beautiful family. I also enjoy going for coastal walks with friends, walking our dog Henry, yoga, aerobics, baking and arts and crafts with my daughter Ava. You’ll get to see some of Ava’s artwork and some of the earrings she has made in my reception area/beauty room # very proud mum 💕🤗
