NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

The NDIS Commission will soon be moving from PRODA to myID and RAM for provider identity verification.

This aligns with recent changes at the National Disability Insurance Agency, as announced by Minister for the NDIS, the Hon. Jenny McAllister MP.

myID is the Australian government’s Digital ID app and RAM lets nominated staff act securely on behalf of providers when linked with their myID. Together, myID and RAM will provide a secure and convenient way to access NDIS Commission portals.

We will make these changes for providers and their nominated staff by December 2025.

Please note: This change will not replace NDIS worker screening checks. Self-managed participants will keep using PRODA to access our portals until further notice.
