There is something about a race day that is unlike any other event. Dressed up, social, and fully immersed in the moment. It is one of those days that has an energy of its own.

And somewhere in the middle of all of it, the last thing anyone expects to find is a massage chair.

But after hours on your feet, dressed up and caught up in the excitement of the day, a few quiet minutes to release tension and reset is perhaps one of the most fitting luxury a race day could offer.

A reminder to all the men 🤍

This week is Men’s Mental Health Week and we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge something that does not get said enough.

It is okay to stop.

So much of the conversation around men and mental health comes back to the same thing: the pressure to push through and to figure it out alone.

In the workplace especially, taking a break or asking for help can feel like something to push past rather than lean into.

We are here to remind you that one of the strongest things a person can do is recognise when they are not okay, and choose to do something about it.

To admit that carrying everything quietly by yourself is not the same as handling it well.

Wellbeing is not a luxury. It is not something to get to eventually. It applies to everyone, regardless of how busy life is or how big the responsibilities.

To every man reading this: take the break, have the conversation.

The people around you are most likely more ready to hear it than you expect.

To answer your question: THIS is why massage belongs in the office 💆🏻

The average office worker spends over 1,700 hours a year sitting at a desk. And yet, massage in the workplace is still an idea most businesses have never considered.

So what is stopping it?

One of the most common misconceptions about corporate massage is the association with dim lights and pure relaxation.

The reality is quite different - and that is exactly why it belongs in the office.

No table. No oils. No un******ng.

Just a massage chair, 15 minutes, and targeted pressure work across the neck, shoulders, and upper back, exactly where tension from hours of sitting accumulates the most.

The result is not relaxation in the traditional sense.

It is a reset.

Reduced tension, clearer focus, and an energy shift that most people did not expect but immediately notice.

But maybe it is the kind of thing that is difficult to appreciate until you are sitting in the massage chair yourself.
