JUNE 2026 UPDATE
WE'RE POSTING ON FLIPBOARD

You can still find us on Flipboard but we were removed from Mastodon.social for posting recipes and info linking to our blogs, which is considered spam (unsolicited information).

We didn't know and lost our appeal.

We're thinking now that perhaps a podcast is the way to go forward.

There are so many censorship restrictions placed on health information now on social media platforms.

Our journey as a naturopathic clinic began in 1970, and our recent goal has been is to leave our knowledge and information behind to inspire people to live happier, healthier lives.

We're not giving up on our goal, we just have to create a solution that won't be shadow banned or censored.

WE HAVE MOVED
TO MASTODON & FLIPBOARD

We’re saying goodbye to Facebook and Instagram.

Going forward, you can find us on Flipboard and Mastadon.social platforms.

The main reason we are switching is because natural health, holistic and specialised health content (particularly women's health) have been subjected to reduced visibility, restriction, or "shadow banning" on major social media platforms.

Mastodon.social is a free social network (similar to Facebook) made up of thousands of independent servers forming a larger network known as the "Fediverse”.

You can follow interest groups or join with family and friends to keep in touch without anyone selling your information or hounding you with advertising.

Flipboard is also a free platform where you can find a variety of holistic health topics, allowing users to focus on specific wellness interests.

On our Flipboard platform, we will feature our blogs and guides, health information, superfoods and healthy eating recipes in curated online magazines.
