Kinesiology doesn’t just work on the body, it works on understanding. Every session uncovers something: a belief, a pattern, a reason your body has been holding what it’s been holding. And once you can see why you developed a certain response, why you learned to brace, to overgive, to stay small, it gets a lot harder to judge yourself for it.
That’s where self-compassion actually comes from. Not from being told to be kinder to yourself, but from finally understanding why you are the way you are.
And once that compassion exists for yourself, it doesn’t stay contained. It changes how you see other people too. The friend who’s short-tempered, the family member who withdraws, the stranger who snaps. You start recognising that most behaviour is just an old pattern doing its job, the same way yours was.
Awareness first. Self-compassion next. Compassion for others, after that.
That’s the ripple this work creates, one session, one pattern, one person at a time.
