Have your say on early ideas for a future NDIS support coordination and connection service!

This service is intended to change the way that participants currently receive support coordination services from July 2028, aiming to be better, more consistent, and more responsive to their needs.

There are no immediate changes to current support coordination arrangements

📅 Have your say by 2 October 2026.

We want to hear your views on:

👉🏼 what the new service should do

👉🏼 how it can be delivered

👉🏼 how we can make it as accessible and safe as possible

👉🏼 how we can help you understand, access and coordinate supports.

Behaviour is communication—not simply something that needs to be stopped.

Positive Behaviour Support helps us understand why a behaviour may be occurring and what the person may be communicating through it. This can include unmet needs, pain or discomfort, communication difficulties, sensory needs, trauma, changes in routine or challenges within the environment.

A good Positive Behaviour Support Plan should be person-centred, evidence-informed, practical and easy to understand. It should give families and support workers clear guidance about prevention, early warning signs, supportive responses, skill development and recovery after an incident.

At Morph Therapy Services, we work collaboratively with participants, families, support workers and other professionals to develop meaningful strategies that promote safety, independence, inclusion and quality of life.

We also understand the importance of cultural identity, language, personal preferences and lived experience when planning support.
