About AZ General Services:
My journey with the NDIS started long before I created this business.
As a parent of a wonderful 9 year old boy with complex needs (Tracheostomy and Ventilator dependent), I’ve lived the reality of navigating the NDIS while juggling appointments, emotions, and a future that looked very different from what I once imagined.
I still remember those early days—the overwhelm, the paperwork, the frustration of trying to do everything at once. Back in 2017, Support Coordination wasn’t offered to us. Looking back, I know how much easier life would have been—not only for my son, but for our whole family—if that guidance and support had been available.
AZ General Services was born from that lived experience.
I wanted to become the support I wish we had.
In addition to my personal journey, I bring a solid professional background in finance and accounting. This expertise allows me to help you manage and budget your funded supports more effectively, ensuring your NDIS plan works for you, not against you.
I’ve also completed trainings in Mental Health and Neurodiversity which strengthens my ability to provide support with empathy, understanding, and versatility—especially when navigating sensitive or complex situations.
Today, my role is to guide you through your NDIS plan, connect you with the right providers, and ensure you get the most out of your funding. I understand the challenges, and I’m here to take the weight off your shoulders.
