🤍 Practice Update 🤍

After almost five years of holding my pricing steady, I will be making a small adjustment to my session fees from 1st July, 2026.

Between now and then you might begin to notice small changes to different services on my website as I adapt and refine my offerings to align better with time and resources. These changes will not affect current bookings and arrangements until then.

This decision has been made thoughtfully and with gratitude, ensuring that I can continue to offer the level of care, presence, and intuitive support that each session deserves.

A little check-in after being quiet for a while 🩷

Lately life feels less about posting on socials and more about integrating. Learning. Resting. Rebalancing. Trust and surrender. Trying to listen more closely to what my mind and body have needed instead of constantly pushing through.

Life has felt full in quieter ways lately, rebalancing, realigning, reconnecting and rediscovering what’s really important to me, and how I want to show up in all areas of life.

Business wise, this has felt a lot more like moving intentionally, focusing my energy and rebuilding capacity to be able to show up authentically and sustainably - values that are extremely important to me in all areas of life, not just hustle.

So I just wanted to say that hey! I’m still here, still doing readings, charts and counselling — just moving a little differently these days. Softer. More intentional. More present, and honestly, here for it🙌🫶🩵🦋

Back to school = back to business!😁⭐️🥳

If this crosses your feed, there’s a situation that’s potentially draining you right now that you need to put down.

A difficult person may be causing some drama or conflict directly or indirectly, leaving you feeling unsupported, drained and frustrated.

The more you feed into it, the worse off for you than them - they just can’t see things from your POV right now, and you’re being invited to let it go and pick your battles.

They may eventually see reason, but for now it’s ti to call back your energy, wash your hands and look forward. Spend your energy on more meaningful people and activities that feed and nourish you - they’ll get theirs.

There might be an opportunity to extend an olive branch or invite in some restitution eventually, but for now fill your cup and look forward.

This week emotions may bubble around something or someone calling you back or holding you back from moving forward. You might be invited to revisit something for a second go, a second look or even just to feel something a bit familiar or safe one last time.
Something is revealed this week that gives you what you need to move forward, even if it’s a reminder of how far you’ve come, how much you’ve grown and who you no longer are. It’s up to you now to find the courage to move forward into a new space, which may feel scary and unknown, but is long overdue for you!
The eight here brings a gentle awareness to the karmic nature of things - what goes around, comes around. Don’t let yourself get stuck in stagnant waters because it feels familiar. Acknowledge, accept and allow yourself to move forward. If there is a chance to make something right, take it. I don’t know if anyone else can relate, but this year felt a little tough getting into the spirit of the season. Alongside the happenings in the world and in my personal circles, it felt like so much to do, so little time has very much dominated the last few months, and so going to bed last night felt heavier than usual - I felt guilty that all the things I wanted to achieve and might normally do this year just fell by the wayside.

This morning waking up with the kids felt like a giant exhale - a space to move slowly, catch my breath and sink in to what this day means to me - something that felt loss in the hustle and bustle of responsibility and noise of expectations.

Loved ones. Time shared. Laughter. Fun.

Taking this lesson into next year with me - simple, intentional, time to breathe and return to peace. 🎄🥂
