Hi everyone, I've been pretty busy lately, including having a total knee replacement surgery. I had it on the 17 th Jan 2020.
I have been using my oils in this time. I would like to highlight two oils this morning.
Copaiba and Litsea.

I have been using 3 drops of each in about a 50 cent piece amount of hand cream and have been massaging it into my leg that had surgery on my bruises and either side of my wound.

It's amazing how much my bruises have gotten lighter and it's also helped with the pain.
I'm on a knee replacement group and a lovely lady on there brought this to my attention.
She said this is what she had been doing.
I've been doing this Friday, and the bruise has almost healed on my arm. And it's getter better on my leg. I wished I had a before photo, but I don't.
