CREATING SACRED GEOMETRY
A 3RD EYE CLEARING

The diamond holds the frequency of the crystalline light body—a sacred bridge between Earth and the cosmos. The concentric circles represent expanding layers of consciousness, while the many eyes remind us that true vision isn't limited to one perspective.
My intention is to clear the Third Eye across all timelines, all dimensions, and all expressions of the soul—releasing what clouds perception and allowing only truth, wisdom, and divine sight to remain.
May we remember that the clearest vision has always lived within.

In sacred geometry, these symbols are commonly understood as:

THE DIAMOND (Rhombus): The crystalline light body, higher consciousness, and the union of heaven and earth. It's often seen as a portal of transformation.

CONCENTRIC CIRCLES: Layers of awareness, expansion of consciousness, and ripples moving through different levels of being.
THE CENTRAL EYE: Inner vision, intuition, and the awakening of perception (often associated with the Third Eye).

REPEATING EYES AROUND THE RING: Witness consciousness—the reminder that awareness exists beyond a single perspective.

Common worries I hear about guided meditation

“My mind is too busy to meditate.”
Please don’t worry. You do not need a quiet mind before you come. My teas, sound healing, and guided meditation are all designed to help the body relax and the mind gently soften. You simply allow yourself to be guided.

“I’ve never meditated before.”
Perfect. No experience is needed. I guide you every step of the way using gentle visualisation and descriptive language, so all you need to do is listen, breathe, and receive.

“I don’t know anything about chakras, crystals, or goddesses.”
That is absolutely okay. You do not need to understand any of these things to enjoy the workshop. Sometimes having no expectations allows you to experience the meditation even more deeply.

“I’m new to spirituality.”
Beautiful. My workshops are created for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Do you listen to your dreams?
My dreams showed me the way into the healing chamber of the smoky quartz.

Smoky Quartz
The Earth Keeper & Soul Bridge

I recently welcomed a breathtaking collection of double-terminated Smoky Quartz pillars and a magnificent Smoky Quartz cluster into my space, and what has unfolded feels deeply sacred.

In a dream, I saw this cluster resting at the centre of a crystal grid, surrounded by pillars of Smoky Quartz light, with Lemurian crystals forming a circle of higher consciousness around it. When I examined the crystals, I discovered that almost every pillar carries an Isis face, covered in ancient etchings, as though they have been inscribed with wisdom from another time.

The central cluster holds even more medicine:
🌹 a natural rose formation created through broken crystal points, a double phantom within the Smoky Quartz, and an Isis face.

I feel this grid is not just beautiful—it is a living temple of healing.

The medicine of the formations

• Smoky Quartz – grounding, protection, nervous-system support, emotional release, and the ability to bring spiritual insight into practical life. It helps us anchor our soul’s wisdom into the body and into the Earth.

• Isis Faces – the energy of the Divine Feminine, intuition, sacred remembrance, compassion, and deep heart healing. Isis invites us to reclaim lost parts of ourselves and awaken ancient feminine wisdom.

• Double Phantoms – layers of soul growth held within the crystal. They support healing across timelines, reveal hidden wisdom, and remind us that every stage of our journey remains within us as medicine.

• Rainbows – hope, joy, integration, and the light that appears after transformation. Rainbow inclusions amplify spiritual awakening and emotional renewal.

🌹 Rose Formation – the opening of the heart, tenderness, self-love, and the sacred union of spirit and matter. This formation feels like a message from the heart of Isis herself.

• Double-Terminated Pillars – energy flowing in both directions: Earth to Spirit and Spirit to Earth. In meditation they act as pillars of light, helping us receive guidance and then embody it in our everyday lives.

• Ancient Etchings – crystals that feel like keepers of memory, carrying encoded teachings and inviting deep inner listening.

What will be available within this crystal grid?

During our Smoky Quartz journey, the intention is to create a field where you may:
• release fear, heaviness, and emotional burden,
• feel deeply grounded and safe,
• connect with the wisdom of your soul,
• awaken intuitive guidance,

This is more than sacred geometry... it is a visual activation.

Every symbol within this artwork was intentionally placed to support the Atlantis Activation Meditation. As your eyes naturally move through the artwork, they follow the same journey you experience during the meditation—from divine light, into remembrance, into embodiment.

At the top sits the Diamond Light, representing the pure crystalline consciousness that cleared the Atlantean imprints that were ready to heal.
Flowing into the Seed of Life, we enter the blueprint of creation. This sacred geometry reminds us that everything in the universe is interconnected, The golden strands of the sacred geometry entering into every cell of your body as your body becomes aligned and your merka bar is activated.
At the centre is Archangel Metatron's Cube, one of the most recognised sacred geometric symbols. It represents divine order, balance and transformation, supporting us as we align with higher consciousness while remaining deeply grounded on Earth.
The Crystal Heart Activation anchors the frequencies of unity consciousness, grounded leadership, integrity, compassion and practical spiritual embodiment, allowing these qualities to be lived rather than simply understood.
Radiating waves over the crystal is your light body activation. The expansion of your light gently ripples into the world around you.
Running alongside are two strands of DNA. One represents our human blueprint, while the other symbolises the awakening of our higher spiritual potential.
During the meditation, these become a reminder that healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about remembering who we've always been.

The Divine Touch of Creation

This artwork was created as a gift for a beautiful meditation workshop and represents what meditation means to me.
When we enter the stillness, we move beyond the mind and reconnect with God, Source—the infinite consciousness from which all life is created. The Divine hand reaching from the heavens symbolises that gentle touch of Source, awakening the life, wisdom and light that already exists within each of us.
The upper sacred geometry unfolds into a hidden rose, representing the blossoming of the soul and our journey back to Divine love. The white and silver reflect purity and higher consciousness, while the greens and golds symbolise healing, growth and the living presence of Divine energy flowing through all creation.
Below, the Seed of Life reminds us that we are all part of the sacred blueprint of creation. The six-pointed star represents the harmony of Heaven and Earth, Spirit and Matter, coming together as One.
For me, this painting is a reminder that within stillness we remember who we truly are. We are not separate from creation—we are creation, carrying the Divine blueprint within us.
May it inspire you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the infinite love and wisdom that has always been within you.
