Trying or Doing?
So many people say they’re trying to lose weight, trying to get healthier, or trying to make better choices.
But here’s the thing: when we’re trying, we’re often still sitting in the thinking stage. We’re thinking about what we should do, what we could do, or what we’ll do tomorrow. We’re spending energy in our heads instead of taking action.
Health isn’t built by trying.
Health is built by doing.
* Drinking the water.
* Going for the walk.
* Following the plan.
* Preparing the meal.
* Getting back on track after a setback.
None of these require perfection. They simply require action.
So instead of asking yourself, “Am I trying?” ask yourself, “What am I doing today that moves me closer to my goal?”
Because every healthy choice, no matter how small, is a vote for the person you want to become.
Don’t just try to get healthier.
Do the things that make you healthier.
Start where you are.
Use what you have.
Take the next step.
Your future health is built one action at a time
