The faces behind our family-owned business and proud members of the founding Batt family.

For over 22 years, Stacey and Jess have dedicated themselves to creating a welcoming space where guests can relax, recharge and feel their very best.

Stacey’s background in Remedial Massage has helped shape the spa’s focus on health, wellbeing and exceptional client care. In recent years, she has also expanded the business by creating our luxury accommodation apartments, offering guests the opportunity to extend their relaxation with a stay just behind the day spa.

Jess brings her expertise in Beauty Therapy and Cosmetic Services, and now also owns and operates her own Teeth Whitening business, conveniently located within the day spa. She also curates and manages our beautiful boutique, filled with carefully selected fashion, gifts and lifestyle products.

Together, they’ve grown the business into the destination it is today, a place where luxury, wellness and genuine personalised service come together.

Thank you to our wonderful clients and community for supporting our family’s dream over the past 22 years. We look forward to welcoming you for many more years to come. 🤍
