❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Rachelle from our Townsville office attended the Graduation at The Ville to celebrate everyone who completed the 3-day Reboot Reset Course hosted by PTSD Resurrected inc.

It was a pleasure to present each graduate with a small gift bag on behalf of AVAC Services in recognition of their achievement.

An endless loop of phone queues, administrative red tape, and unnecessary friction.

The new Single Act model was put in place to clear a backlog of claims. This helps the workflow of the DVA, and will only help ex-service members with "decision-ready" claims.

Anything with missing evidence or a vague medical report is rejected very quickly, as most civilian doctors don't understand the strict language required by the DVA when reporting.

The Goal posts have shifted and the DVA doesn't give out points for patience.

With the massive transition to the Single Act model on July 1, 2026, the rules are being completely rewritten.

The system isn't more forgiving, it has become more rigid.

Right now, a single administrative error or an incomplete medical report can cause a claim to be rejected, instantly resetting the clock. Unfortunately, bills and everyday costs don't.

You shouldn't have to spend time becoming a legal policy expert just to get the support you have rightfully earned.

We exist so you have someone to talk to and rely on to get the job done.

What You'll Need:

> High-level customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach

Stoicism is something that is ingrained into the soul when serving.
It is a trait that is required to persevere and be present when it counts.

Saying that you're "doing fine" is just something you say out of habit, even to the doctor. This leads to a lot of ex-service members being ushered through the turnstiles thinking it was just a bad day, carry on...

The doctor won't follow you up, they will just report on what they saw at face value. The system just carries on.
