Join a team where quality matters more than quantity.

At Boutique Disability Services, we do things differently.

We're a small, relationship-focused provider that believes great support starts with great people. We intentionally keep our service personal, carefully matching our support workers with participants to build genuine, long-term relationships.

Builds genuine, respectful relationships with participants
Is reliable, professional and accountable
Has excellent communication skills
Takes pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred support
Wants to be part of a small team where every staff member matters

We're not looking for someone to simply fill shifts.

We're looking for someone who shares our values and wants to provide support they're genuinely proud of.

Essential Requirements
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable, fully insured vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (where applicable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

🩵 Today we held our very first Boutique Voices meeting... and what a fantastic start it was!

There were so many great ideas, honest conversations and valuable suggestions about how our participants want to see Boutique grow.

At Boutique, we believe the people we support should have a real say in the services they receive. Your feedback helps shape our future, improve what we do, and ensure we're always putting participants first.

This is just the beginning, and we can't wait to bring many of today's ideas to life.

✨ The smile says it all. 🎨

There's something incredibly special about seeing someone doing what they love, building confidence, and feeling a true sense of belonging.

Amanda has been enjoying her art classes at DADAA, proudly supported by her Boutique Disability Services team. Every brushstroke is more than just creating artwork, it's about building confidence, expressing creativity, developing new skills, making meaningful connections, and being an active part of the community.

At Boutique, we believe NDIS supports should be about so much more than simply attending an activity. They should help people achieve their goals, discover new passions, build independence, and create opportunities to live the life they choose.

Amanda's smile reminds us exactly why we do what we do. 🩵

It's moments like these that show the true value of person-centred support, empowering people to explore their interests, strengthen community participation, develop friendships, and celebrate their achievements every step of the way.

We're so proud to be part of Amanda's journey and can't wait to see what she creates next.

🩵 Celebrating 3 Years of Boutique Disability Services 🩵

Three years ago, Boutique Disability Services was built on a simple belief: that every person deserves individualised support, genuine relationships and the opportunity to live life their way.

Today, as we celebrate our third birthday, we’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come.

Over the past three years, we’ve had the privilege of supporting amazing participants to achieve their goals, build confidence, develop independence and create meaningful connections within their communities. We’ve celebrated milestones big and small, overcome challenges together and watched so many people thrive.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible people who have been part of our journey.

🩵 To our participants, thank you for trusting us to walk alongside you.

🩵 To our families and guardians, thank you for your confidence and support.

🩵To our support coordinators, allied health professionals, plan managers and community partners, thank you for your collaboration, and shared commitment to delivering person-centred supports. Together, we create stronger outcomes for the people we all support.

🩵 To our dedicated support workers and office team, thank you for your compassion, professionalism and commitment to making a difference every single day.

As we look ahead, our commitment remains the same as it was on day one: providing personalised supports that put people first and helping every participant achieve the goals that matter most to them.

Thank you for being part of the Boutique Disability Services family.

Here’s to the next chapter and many more years of supporting people, building futures and making a difference together.

Happy 3rd Birthday, Boutique Disability Services! 🎉🩵

🩵 Dreams really do become reality 🩵
Today, we’re celebrating an incredibly special milestone for one of our amazing participants, Kylah.
🎉 Kylah has officially started work at Old MacDonald’s Farm! 🐑🐐
This achievement didn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of hard work, determination and a genuine passion for animals.
Over the past months, Kylah has stepped outside her comfort zone, built her confidence and continued to develop her skills by pursuing further study in animal care. Every step has brought her closer to achieving a goal she has worked so hard for, and today she’s living that dream.
A very special thank you goes to her incredible support worker, Keira, who has been alongside Kylah throughout this journey. From exploring employment opportunities and building confidence to celebrating every success along the way, Keira’s encouragement and dedication have helped turn a goal into a reality.
At Boutique Disability Services, we believe employment is about so much more than finding a job. It’s about creating opportunities, building confidence, fostering independence and helping people achieve goals that matter to them.
Seeing Kylah doing what she loves is exactly why we’re passionate about the work we do every day.
Kylah, we are incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved. Congratulations on this amazing milestone. We can’t wait to watch you continue to grow and thrive at Old MacDonald’s Farm. Your future is looking bright, and this is only the beginning. 🩵
