Q&A with Liv from

MEET LIV!

Favourite colour: Green 💚

Favourite season: Spring - beautiful weather and flowers 💐☀️

Favourite food: Thai food 🍛

How long have you lived in Lincoln/the EP: I have lived here all my life except for some travel and study years after school and in my 20’s.

How many kids do you have and how old are they: I have four kids, two girls and two boys - 7, 8, 15 & 19.

Fun fact about you: Aside from being a psychologist, I also own a prawn trawling company. 🦐

How do you like to unwind: I like to wind down by spending time with family and friends. I love to entertain at home. I also love a good podcast or book.

What's your favourite thing about being a Psychologist: My favourite thing about being a psychologist is being able to watch people realise they’re stronger than they thought they were. It’s a privilege to walk alongside people as they gain insight, heal, and build lives that feel more meaningful to them.

MEET KENDRA!

Favourite colour: Sage

Favourite season: Spring

Favourite food: Sushi

How long have you lived in Lincoln/the EP: I've lived most of my life here so far, except for a some time in Adelaide and overseas.

Fun fact about you: I’m a big fan of anchovies on pizza! 🍕

How do you like to unwind: A cuppa or meal with my favourite people, reading a good book, or watching an NBA game are my favourite ways to unwind.

What's your favourite thing about being a psychologist? I love that I get to work with some truly great people and families. I'm pretty chatty, and nerdy, so psychology is a good fit! There is always something new to learn in the field, and the work can be so varied.

Q&A with Lynette from

MEET LYNETTE!

Favourite colour: Pink

Favourite season: Summer, definitely!

Favourite food: CHOCOLATE (yes I'm a naturopath who loves chocolate & will admit every time)

How long have you lived in Lincoln/the EP: 8.5 years

How many kids do you have: 4 amazing humans & 2 golden retrievers (who get away with everything except gardening). A 23yo daughter who is so close to being a Chiropractor with only 18 months left of her Degree. Almost 21yo daughter also has 18 months left of her Interior Design Degree, living her best life with a housemate. The 18yo, keeps me in continual high cortisol, so I relate to the hard teenager causing high stress. However he is 3 years into his Carpentry apprentice. He had a traumatic motorbike accident just short of 2 years ago now, so healing from trauma was a massive part of that journey along side the physical. Having now travelled the major traumatic life event I feel it has enriched me to be a better naturopath. Then last but not least 16yo, still at school, golf loving & basically just cruising through life being the youngest of a busy mix.

Fun fact about you: I am a master in Procrastination - this has only taken me 5 months to write 😂. You'll find me up at 5am every morning for the Gym, by far my biggest coping outlet, I love to move, lift (prepping my body for years to come and bone density). And I prefer to have my office lights off as it's way less stimulating than bright artificial lights.

How do you like to unwind: gym & running are my definite go to non negotiable's - we're not designed to be sedentary. Give me a herbal tea at the end of the day in a fine china mug, and when I do get around to it, my sauna.

What's your favourite thing about being a naturopath: Hearing the progress of how things are changing/healing or improving. A small win should always be celebrated especially if we are healing over 30yrs of combined & accumulated health issues. Remember it takes time, you didn't wake up all off sudden with the issue, your body had been warning you until it began screaming so loud that you couldn't avoid it

MEET JESS!

Favourite colour: Pink 💖🌸 (if you've been into the clinic I'm sure you can tell!)

Favourite season: ☀️ I'm a summer baby, I love the water, calm warm nights, and long hours of daylight!

Favourite food: I've always been a chocaholic but I also love so much from so many cuisines. My favourite type of dining are shared plates to have a taste of everything!

How long have you lived in Lincoln/the EP: I've been living and working here since 2016, and it's now our home for sure. My dad's family are from Lincoln so I have spent my whole childhood holidaying on the EP and it's always felt like home!

How many kids do you have: I am a girl mum through and through, with two beautiful, young, smart, funny and caring girls who inspire me to create a better future for girls and women every day.

Fun fact about you: I hate licorice but love black jelly beans - go figure!

How do you like to unwind: Getting in the sunshine, going for walks, breathwork and meditations, quality time with friends and my family, or found in or next to a pool somewhere tropical - Bali, Fiji, Thailand would be nice (I can dream!)

What's your favourite thing about being a Women's Health Physio: I love educating women about their bodies, particularly when the lightbulb moments go off. I'm still amazed daily at how little we are taught about our own bodies, and how even simple information can be game-changing for so many!

Have you noticed that we have had a spruce up?! Check out the before and after! 😍

A huge thank you to Braden and Casey at Coastal Eyre Painters - they have been a dream to work with and have done an incredible job. Bonus points because they were affordable and just all round legends. I’d absolutely recommend them if you need some painting done! Thank you again 🙏✨
