Kinesiology uses the gentle technique of muscle testing to monitor information about a person's wellbeing. Kinesiology looks at the body as a whole, identifying factors that are blocking the natural healing process. Once stressors in your life are identified, gentle techniques such as acupressure, meridian therapy, visualisation and nutritional support are used bringing the body, mind and spirit

into balance. My goal as a Kinesiologist is to :
