Our GPs can support you with mental health concerns such as low mood, anxiety and stress, and can discuss options that may be appropriate for your situation. Sometimes, simply starting the conversation is the most important step.

National Eating Disorders Awareness Week (NEDAW) runs from Monday 23 February to Sunday 1 March 2026.

NEDAW is an annual campaign to educate the public about the realities of eating disorders and to provide hope and visibility for everyone who is impacted - individuals, families, friends and communities.

This year’s theme is: Fighting for Change, Committed to Change – Every Body Belongs.

It’s a reminder that eating disorders can affect people of any age, size, gender or background, and that everyone deserves respect, compassion and access to support.
