✨Birth Stats 2024✨

As my year of birth support has come to an end and I’m enjoying some much needed down time, as I do each year, I’m sharing statistics from the year spent with strong powerhouse women and their families.

Firstly, let me start by saying my women and the relationship we build together can in no way be expressed through numbers. I pride myself on intuitively working for each mother and I honor our friendship above all else.

Why I choose to share these statistics and information is a personal one. I wish, many years ago, that someone shared honest and raw information with me. I wish I had this knowledge to start my journey of autonomy much sooner than I did. I could have saved 5 years of severe postnatal depression.
But growing older is a beautiful thing…… I now know that the universe had other ideas for me. That I needed to go through what I did to be able to share my wisdom and strength with other women and Inspire them to take control of their lives, pregnancy and birth. Because birth is so much more than one day. The way we birth ripples into every aspect of our lives and relationships.

To all my powerhouse mummas - you know who you are- Thankyou for inviting me into your life and allowing me to witness the most amazing human experience over and over and over again. It is the MOST humbling experience I will never tire seeing and you are all such wonderful human beings. You all thank me for supporting you, but you really have no idea how much you give to me.

I hope that this post makes women curious about what birth could be like. I hope that it makes you see that you have choice regardless of where you birth. I hope that it inspires someone to trust themselves and put themselves first. I hope it makes some of you feel less lonely in a birth culture that feels helpless - there are more of us out there than you think - I hope you find us xx

This is what I chose to uphold, with every mother I serve. Every birth I witness brings with it a deep maturing that layers and expands and spreads to the next mother who seeks this support. We are all connected. Your births matter because it influences and infiltrates in ways you can’t imagine.

When I see a mother, round with baby I smile. Knowing she holds so much power, an unlocked potential awaiting.

Birth is sacred, transformative and intangible. It must be protected ✨
