My type of roses 🌱
This photo reminds me to stop, be present, take in what surrounds you, not necessarily what is jumping out in front of you as most important, but the smaller things that make our life pleasing.
This is a magical gift that we are so lucky to be able to use to ground us into the present moment. So take time in your busy work day, to stop, notice what you're standing on, what surrounds you, the light shining through a window, the smell of a hard working photocopier. Whether it is pleasing or not, it reminds us to be present and remove our thought patterns from the "rat race" consistent anxiety.
